1. What is Refacely?
Refacely is an AI-powered online image enhancement platform that can automatically upscale, denoise, repair, and enhance image details.
We serve creators, photographers, and designers around the world with high-quality, commercially usable image enhancement.
2. Do you keep my uploaded images?
We do not keep them long-term.
All uploaded files are used only for processing your jobs. They are retained for no more than 72 hours to allow job recovery, and then deleted automatically.
3. Is Refacely secure?
Yes.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and our servers enforce strict access control and security auditing.
Your data is never made public or used for model training.
4. Can I use the generated images commercially?
Yes.
You own the rights to the images that Refacely generates or enhances, and you may use them for commercial purposes.
Please make sure that the content you upload does not infringe on others' rights.
5. What if I can't use the service after payment?
First, check that your network connection is stable and your account is active.
If the issue persists, please email our support team with the following information:
- Your registered email
- Payment time and amount
- Error screenshots (if any)
We typically respond within 24 hours.
6. Which payment methods are supported?
We currently support major international credit and debit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard).
All payments are processed by secure payment providers; we do not store your card information.
7. Can I delete my account or data?
Yes.
Please email privacy@refacely.ai and describe your request.
We will complete account and data deletion within 3 business days.
8. Where can I find updates or new features?
Major updates are announced on the homepage and via email.
